All reservations with Pure Leisure Rentals are made securely through Airbnb.com or Booking.com.
Choose your desired property, select your dates, and complete your booking directly on the platform.

1. Booking Platform Payments

Guests complete the payment directly with the booking platform. The booking platform collects and securely holds the payment until the guest completes their stay. After checkout, the payout is released to Pure Leisure Rentals. An additional 10% service fee charged by the platform covers payment handling, booking protection and customer support.

Booking Platform Rate Plans and Cancellation Terms

  • Guests pay a deposit equal to the first night’s stay at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is charged on the check in date.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check in.
  • If canceled within 7 days of check in, the first night’s stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds and cancellations are processed directly by the booking platform according to its policies and timelines.

This option ensures full platform protection and automated, verified transactions.

2. Direct Host Payments

All communication and booking confirmation remain within the booking platform’s official message system to ensure transparency and compliance with each platform’s hosting guidelines. Guests receive a secure payment link, generated by our team and sent through the booking platform chat and by email.

  • A variety of payment methods are available, including credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
  • After successful payment, guests automatically receive a digital invoice and payment receipt.
  • This payment option continues to be covered by the booking platform’s guest protection policy, since all records and communications remain within the verified platform.
  • Guests who select this option benefit from lower rates, because booking platform payment handling fees do not apply.

Host Rate Plans and Cancellation Terms

A. Genius Rate

  • Guests receive up to a 15% discount compared to the Standard Rate.
  • A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required within 30 days before check in.
  • The remaining balance is charged on the check in date.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check in.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days of check in, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay will apply.
  • Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval, and banks generally apply funds within 5–10 business days.

B. Promotional Rate

  • Guests receive up to a 35% discount compared to the Standard Rate.
  • Full payment is required within 30 days before check in to confirm the reservation.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check in.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check in are non refundable.
  • In exceptional cases, Pure Leisure Rentals may offer a one time courtesy date change, based on availability, without issuing a refund.

Refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days after approval and typically appear in the guest’s account within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.
Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used for booking and are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of reservation.

A cleaning fee applies to each booking and is clearly displayed before checkout.
Some properties may also require a refundable security deposit equal to one night’s stay, refunded within 1–3 business days after inspection.
Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $300 fee, and noise violations after 10:00 PM may result in a $500 fine.

The accepted methods of payment are always displayed on each property page at the time of booking.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers, processed securely through Airbnb.com, Booking.com, or Stripe.

Late check-outs must be approved in advance and may incur a $300 fee to ensure proper cleaning and preparation for the next guest.

Your check-in instructions, including property access codes, parking details, and Wi-Fi information, will be sent 5 days before your arrival via email and through your booking platform messages.

However, each listing features accurate photos, detailed descriptions, and verified guest reviews to help you book with confidence.

Our pet policy varies by property. Some properties are pet-friendly, while others may have restrictions. Please check the individual listing for details.

Yes. The following restrictions apply to all properties:

– No smoking indoors
– No parties or unauthorized gatherings
– Quiet hours after 10:00 PM

Guests must respect the property and neighborhood. Violations may result in fines or immediate termination of stay without refund.

No. Pure Leisure Rentals manages short-term stays only, with a maximum rental period of 90 days per reservation, in compliance with local laws.

Our team provides round-the-clock guest support from booking to check-out.
Guests also receive digital check-in guides and local recommendations to enhance their stay.
